Short term, supportive housing designed to help people who are homeless transition to self-sufficient living. These facilities are staffed 24 hrs. Community shared activities rooms, shared bedrooms and baths. 3 Meals provided and snacks. Residents are responsible to clean up their living space and help in cleaning up the facility. They are required to meet with their case managers, go to clinic appointments etc. These steps are put into place so that our residents can succeed.
